Born and raised in Grafton, Ohio, Nick Clark brings local pride, business discipline, and personal accountability to ETF Restoration. After graduating from Midview High School, he studied Aviation Science and earned his pilot license before completing a second degree in Business Management and Administration from Lorain County Community College.
Nick is married to his high school sweetheart and is raising a young family while continuing to serve the communities that helped shape him. His approach to leadership is rooted in integrity, hard work, and a firm belief that honest service and quality workmanship matter more than anything else.

Nick Fitzgerald, known as Fitz, is a construction expert from Grafton, Ohio who earned his bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Kent State University. He built a strong foundation in the restoration industry through a decade of boots-on-the-ground field experience, gaining firsthand knowledge in project execution, site conditions, planning, and recovery work.
That field-tested background now helps ETF Restoration deliver practical solutions, sharper oversight, and strong project management from the earliest stages of damage response through finished outcomes. Fitz brings the mindset of a builder who understands both the pressure of restoration work and the importance of getting the details right.

Josh Mitchell’s respect for the trades began early, inspired by his father’s work ethic and the discipline of the working class. After starting in construction right out of high school and attending LCCC, he went on to earn a Construction Management degree from Kent State and spent more than a decade with The Whiting-Turner Construction Company in Columbus.
Eventually, Josh returned to Northeast Ohio with a clear mission: build something meaningful with lifelong friends and create a company that helps people in times of need. His motivation is centered on helping families regain safe, functional spaces and helping team members grow into the best version of themselves professionally.
